I, the undersigned, grant John Menzies Photography, LLC (“Photographer”) the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use any photographs of me (and/or my minor child/children, if applicable) that were taken by the Photographer, whether:

- Captured during a paid or unpaid photo session, or

- Taken at a public or private event where the Photographer was present, with or without a formal session arrangement.

I understand that these images may be used for the following purposes:

- Display on the Photographer’s website

- Use on social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook)

- Marketing and promotional materials, including printed advertisements and digital promotions

- Portfolio or sample display (both digital and print)

I understand these images may appear publicly and acknowledge that I have no rights to inspect or approve the final use of any image or related promotional content. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photographs. I acknowledge that the Photographer retains all ownership and copyright to the images.
